- Account Eligibility: To qualify for a Workshop account, you must provide a valid business license and tax ID number. We reserve the right to approve or deny any Workshop account application at our discretion.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): All Workshop orders must meet a minimum order quantity of R10,000 per month. Workshop account holders who do not achieve this minimum will have their account benefits revoked.
- Pricing and Payment Terms: Workshop pricing is provided exclusively to approved Workshop account holders. All prices are listed in Rands and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order placement via the Payfast payment gateway.
- Shipping and Handling: Shipping costs are calculated based on the order size and destination. Orders are typically processed within 2 - 5 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping courier companies.
- Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Workshop orders unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims for defective or damaged products must be made within 2 days of receipt.
- Confidentiality: Workshop account holders agree to maintain the confidentiality of our pricing, product information, and any other proprietary information. Disclosure of such information to third parties is prohibited.
- Intellectual Property: Workshop account holders are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the KParts logo solely for the purpose of promoting and selling our products.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate any Workshop account at our discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these terms and conditions, misuse of our intellectual property, or failure to meet minimum order requirements.
- Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Workshop account holders will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts The Republic of South Africa.
